What Pufy remembers, and how to erase it

See, change and erase Pufy's memory, or turn learning off.

Pufy remembers what you tell it and what it learns over time, so you do not have to repeat yourself. You can see all of it and erase any of it.

See what Pufy knows

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the Settings button at the bottom left.
2. Tap What Pufy knows.
3. Tap a memory to change it. Swipe it to delete it.

Turn learning off

1. In What Pufy knows, turn off Pufy learns from me.
2. To stop learning from your chats only, turn off What you tell Pufy. Turning a source off also erases what Pufy learned only from it.

Erase everything

1. In What Pufy knows, tap Erase everything Pufy knows.
2. Confirm. Your memories and what Pufy learned are erased. Your switches stay as they are. This cannot be undone.

Delete all conversations on the same page deletes every message but keeps your agents and your memory.

Good to know

• All your agents share one memory.
• Memory is never read or saved in a temporary chat.
• If Pufy+ ends, memory is erased on its own 90 days later.
• To tell Pufy about yourself directly, use Personalization in Settings.
